Support and Information Department
Our goal is to help people who are dealing with harassment issues in the workplace and to help them regain their dignity, their self-confidence and their independence. Victims of harassment usually go through a trying period of time when they feel extremely lonely, humiliated and betrayed in their professional and personal life. Faced with this situation, they feel powerless. This kind of situation can lead to mental, emotional, and sometimes, even medical difficulties.
A client’s first contact with us always occurs through the Support and Information Department. We offer an attentive ear and information about our center, options and services. This department can also be of assistance in the first steps of pressing charges, through guidance and moral support. Depending on the situation, if a legal intervention is required, this department refers clients to the appropriate person in the Complaints Department. The Support and Information Department offers support via phone, individual meetings and group activities such as its Café-rencontres.
