Complaints Department

 

We assist clients in every step of the process to help them solve their problem and to keep or reinstate them in their job.

 

The Complaints Department helps workers who decide to take actions against their employer or/and their union, for example, with Employment Insurance, the Commission de la Santé et de la Sécurité au travail (C.S.S.T), the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse (C.D.P.D.J.), the Commission des normes du travail (C.N.T.), or in front or any other administrative or legal authority.

 

The Complaints Department assists and advises victims of harassment in the workplace and provides them with a specialized support, which can go as far as legal representation. This department offers assistance and/or support during different steps of the process, for example, during the drafting of a letter of denunciation, mediation, conciliation, meeting with the investigators, hearings, etc. As well, the department educates clients and helps them to identify their needs, all this with regard to the various options that the law provides in their given situations.
