Complaints Department




Clients whose file is transferred from the Help and Information Department to the Complaints Department will be offered support relative to their situation of workplace harassment.


This Department can offer assistance during different steps, such as :


  • A mediation or conciliation process

  • A process of revision or appeal

  • An investigation process

  • A hearing before an administrative court

The Complaints Department can also intervene with different institutions, such as insurance companies and government services. Moreover, this department ensures that clients are well informed of their rights and helps them to identify their needs while considering different options.


Services that our counselors can offer to clients are re-evaluated at each stage of a case.
